3.Downward casting method: casting tea first, then pouring water

It is more suitable for coarse leaf shape, such as Taiping Monkey Kui, Liu’an Gua Pian and other green tea brewing.

Water temperature: no matter which method of tea, the temperature of water for brewing green tea should not be too high, 85~90℃.
